Very sick little boy cat.

Forky my beautiful 16 month old cat was a happy, healthy and energetic little chap who was loving life with his brother. At 16 months he began to go off his food and had no interest or energy. After visiting the vets, he has developed a horrible condition which is affecting his red cells. All I can say is Thank God I had Petplan insurance. I was recommended Petplan a year ago when I got the boys and had hoped I would never have to us it. Forky has been in and out of hospital for 6 weeks now and Petplan have been fantastic. they have paid his claims quicker than I would have thought possible with no messing around or fuss. I chose a plan which meant my Dog was covered for life. Which turned out to be the best thing I ever did. After previous bad experiences with insurances Petplan has supported my Dogs illness and I've never had a single problem. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Reviewed on: 28th October 2021

Petplan have always, always been brilliant. We have 2x Labradors, one of whom has been most unlucky in terms of accidents and illnesses but as owners we have been very lucky both in terms of our brilliant vets but also the fantastic service we continually and consistently receive from Petplan. Peace of mind

Exceptional Service and Peace of mind

Having a insurance cover for my fur baby is so important to me to ensure if needed she is able to receive the best care. Petplan have provided this throughout the years. If I call them and ask questions they advise me and have put my mind at ease. Having claimed for veterinary fees their website is user friendly to make a claim and payment is made within a few day. Petplan have been a constant in our pet ownership, any contact we have made with them has been pleasant and supportive. We have confidence that they are there to support us and the life of our beloved animal. We have claimed before, Petplan were there for us. I have needed to claim since and protocols have changed, Petplan have been there for us. The website is easy to navigate and when we did encounter a technical issue it was supported and resolved by very friendly telephone staff.
