Very understanding and reliable

Since the start of the pandemic, the Petplan procedure has changed and the vet deals with the claim now. It is much easier this way and saves me times. I pay the excess and the admin fee to the vet and Pet Plan do the rest. When I have a query the person on the phone is very understanding and listens to any thing I am not sure about and is very helpful. I feel safe to continue insurance for Kiki our cat. Fantastic and caring company

Our 18 month old feline Loki has had very scary few months, he was admitted to an animal hospital with worries of a tumour on his lungs. Thankfully he has feline asthma. Pet plan were amazing. They paid the hospital directly so we didn’t have to pay any fees. They have paid every claim we have ever put in and there was never any hassle. We will never leave Petplan as they have been amazing at such a scary time and have never gave us any hassle when claiming. Brilliant insurers who generally care about their clients. We always scrutinise recommendations and we could not fault the petplan policy against the price. Really easy to sign up, absolutely no hassle, all the information is clear and well laid out. Thankfully we havent had to make a claim but I am confident if we ever did, we would be looked after. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2021

Petplan have been amazing. They are prompt and helpful as well as refunding our claims. It's a real peace of mind to know that our beloved pets are covered when they need the medical attention. Reliable and worry free

Petplan has always provided a stress free service when you need it most. Using your pet insurance means there is a health worry with your pet and I have found that Petplan have always been easy to contact, easy to process claims with and very efficient at paying out on claims. I have lifetime of an illness cover which is worth every penny. The app is excellent and allows me to deal with issues or concerns on the go. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2021
