Petplan have been amazing. They are prompt and helpful as well as refunding our claims. It's a real peace of mind to know that our beloved pets are covered when they need the medical attention. Reliable and worry free

Petplan has always provided a stress free service when you need it most. Using your pet insurance means there is a health worry with your pet and I have found that Petplan have always been easy to contact, easy to process claims with and very efficient at paying out on claims. I have lifetime of an illness cover which is worth every penny. The app is excellent and allows me to deal with issues or concerns on the go. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2021

Our new pup will be the fourth to be covered by Pet plan. Whilst not the cheapest provider we have always had faith that our dogs can be well looked after if necessary. The service is excellent and, albeit only a few claims, we have never needed to fight our corner to get treatment paid for. Reviewed on: 1st November 2021
