Perfect provider

Our dog was seriously ill and needed a lot of treatment. Pet plan could not have been more helpful, dealt with everything and were always available when we needed them. Reviewed on: 18th October 2021

Excellent service!

We debated a lot re the insurance provider we should consider for out cars. With pet plan , things have been smooth and tension free. Out cat had to have an emergency surgery and our vets were able to raise a direct claim with pet plan leaving us free to take care out our little one. Thank you pet plan! Eveything an Insurance Policy Should Be - and so rarely is

The true measure of any insurance policy is how they react when you make a claim. Unfortunately we have had to make two fairly large claims in respect of our Golden Retriever in the last two years and, on both occasions, Petplan have been extremely good. The process to make a claim is very easy - you answer about 6 questions on-line and they handle the rest liaising directly with the vet. Response is very quick and you are informed by email of progress or can log in to check how the claim is proceeding. Cannot fault the service - very impressed (in case you can't tell!!)
