Eveything an Insurance Policy Should Be - and so rarely is

The true measure of any insurance policy is how they react when you make a claim. Unfortunately we have had to make two fairly large claims in respect of our Golden Retriever in the last two years and, on both occasions, Petplan have been extremely good. The process to make a claim is very easy - you answer about 6 questions on-line and they handle the rest liaising directly with the vet. Response is very quick and you are informed by email of progress or can log in to check how the claim is proceeding. Cannot fault the service - very impressed (in case you can't tell!!) OK but expensive

I have been with this company for 5 years now and unfortunately one of our pets had an sudden illness which resulted in our pet passing away I cannot thank petplan enough for taking care of our pet. Fantastic service

Petplan paid for our pups medical needs everytime we needed them to without any hassel. They took care of all the money side which was such a weight off of our shoulders during such a stressful time. I am happy in the knowledge if my pup needs any medical care petplan has it covered! 10/10 Reviewed on: 13th October 2021
