Absolutely brilliant service and never argue about payments we have a 3 year cocker who suffers will bad skin allergies and pet plan have always been there for him and never let us down with payments top class service everytime, thank you. Reviewed on: 10th October 2021

Definitely the best insurance provider

Pet plan were amazingly supportive when our miniature schnauzer went blind at the age of 6. Cataract surgery arranged with no quibble, no stress, paid out immediately. Unfortunately Izzy passed away and when I rang to cancel my insurance they immediately arranged my refund for the price paid for her. I didn’t realise we had this cover, we held on to the payment and have now bought a new puppy, Petplan insurance in place before we put Teddy in the car! Thank you Petplan!
