Fast, friendly and efficient

Only delays in payment were due to shortstaffing at vet. Even then petplan advised for reason for delay. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

No hassle pet insurance

Had lots of claims with my over exuberant bouncy yellow Labrador but never a problem with Petplan footing the bill. Other insurers may be cheaper but is it worth the hassle? I love the piece of mind I get with Petplan. Takes the stress out of pet illnesses. Reviewed on: 26th September 2021

Rescue kitten missing a leg

Great exp. with PetPlan so far - my partner and I recently rescued a kitten who was born profoundly deaf and recently lost a leg before we adopted him. I naturally had concerns around the levels of cover I'd be able to get for him. The PetPlan team took me through all insurance questions before setting up the policy and made me feel at ease with regard my kittens missing leg and deafness. Following confirmation from the underwriters that my kittens needs wouldn't include any exclusions under the policy I was thrilled and the team finalised our details for lifetime cover. I have no hesitation in recommending PetPlan to anyone, I'd specifically recommend their lifetime cover for extra peace of mind! Reviewed on: 25th September 2021
