Excellent company for pet insurance

Pet insurance is a must these days and Petplan will deal with any and all claims professionally and quickly. They are able to communicate in all ways but what I have found most valuable is having an online account with all details of my pet insurance and also claims to be able to be made through their online portal. They keep you informed online and by email and if you want to speak to someone about anything it's also easy to contact them on the phone to get help. All documentation is available to download to be able to refer to while your pet is insured with them. I believe in the insurance industry you do get what you pay for and I would highly recommend Petplan for continued care of such a precious commodity. Reviewed on: 28th July 2023

Price

Whilst the service was good, they increased my premium so much that I had to cancel. We shouldn't have to chose between dinner and paying for cover to keep my dog safe - not right in this cost of living crisis Reviewed on: 16th October 2023

You pay the price, but you get a high end service!

I have only been with Petplan a short time, but they are great very helpful and offer a comprehensive package of health care for my dog that includes everything a dog would ever need, the price of premiums is high yes, but you pay for quality high end service witch in your dogs time of need will be reliable and trusted to deal with everything so your dog and you don't have to worry. Speedy safety net

Good for pets

Good pet insurance, have been with them for years. Sadly premium is getting higher. Bit we claim every 6 months as dog has complex medical issues. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

First class company.

Our 11 year old Labradors have been insured with Petplan since they were pups. They’ve both had surgery over the years and now have lifelong medical conditions. Petplan has covered all of these conditions as well as complementary therapies. I wouldn’t use anyone else for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023
