Your telephone service is disgusting

I have just waited over 23 minutes to speak to one of your agents this service needs to improve the amount of money you charge for your policies and having to wait this amount of time to speak to someone need to improve or you need to have a call back service!!!!!!! I am still waiting for a call on your call back service on the contact us. I will be waiting to see how much the call to you has cost me and I expect you to meet this cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Excellent support

Brilliant value
