Always first class service

Whether you're registering a new pet, saying goodbye to one that's passed away or you need a claim sorted quickly, Petplan have provided excellence in customer service across many years and many pets. Expensive, but hopefully worth it if I need to claim.

Very expensive, but I hope all claims will be covered if I ever need to claim. I think there should be a reduction with a no claims bonus. After 5 years of no claims it would be nice to have this recognised. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2021

Absolutely Useless

From my experience please go elsewhere !! These people don’t care and you will be thrown from pillar to post to get your claim through and it will take months . Not good experience ! Never Again will I use or recommend Petplan !! Reviewed on: 22nd September 2021

Great company

Great company easy to use website, easily laid out documents and worded in such away that all can understand. Love that the have a exclusion section that clearly lays out all the info you need. Well be using these again for the next furry friend to join our house. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2021

Outstanding

Iv never had an issue with petplan paying out - my cockerpoo has been very poorly since she was 1 years old and petplan have been amazing with paying the vets for all her medication for the last 2 years, completely hassle free which is what you need when you have a hectic lifestyle one less stress.
