Fast, friendly and efficient

Only delays in payment were due to shortstaffing at vet. Even then petplan advised for reason for delay. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Very trusted insurer!!!

I wouldn’t want to go with anyone else! Petplan is easily the most reliable and best for your pet. I also know when my dogs insurance is due as petplan give you a date of when you want to pay/an available date suitable for you. With my previous insurer, I never knew when my dogs insurance was due. Great petplan insurance

I would have been lost if my cat not been covered with petplan, she had mass cancer on 1 lung and small tumors on the other lung, had test my vets then had to go northwich for scans My vets and norwich vets helped petplan covered most of this treatment and couldnt be more helpful., Reviewed on: 20th September 2021
