Fast, friendly and efficient

Only delays in payment were due to shortstaffing at vet. Even then petplan advised for reason for delay. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Really helpful in time of need

Our claim was handled efficiently and exceptionally quickly with very little contact from ourselves, we were kept updated to the progress and payment of our claim regularly, really couldn't ask for this to have been handled better for us at a stressful time. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

Excellent Insurance Provider.

Petplan always action claims quickly, they are fair and I can rest assured that my pets are covered when they are ill. It really is peace of mind, knowing that they can get the treatment they require. I want the best for my pets and Petplan are exactly that. Excellent service

Whilst you pay a little more for their cover the service you receive is second to none and well worth paying the extra in premiums. This is my second pet I have insured with Petplan & on the first I had to claim on a regular basis & claims were always paid without any question & speedy. A fair and honest high quality service

I joined petplans lifetime plan and the service had been nothing short of fantastic, I work in IT so I value uex for customer portals, with petplan everything's where it should be and your policy and or claim information is easy to find. I have to add the little guides and advice to assist with keeping your pet gappy and healthy are a lovely bonus to an already stellar service. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021
