Prompt and efficient

I called Policy Expert as it came out favourably in a comparison website. My call was answered quickly by a person and not an automated message. The agent was knowledgeable and helpful and arranged a policy far more efficiently than has been my experience with others. Also, it does not use a premium number when calling them. Fantastic

Simple sign up

Only just joined Policy Expert but the sign up process was straight forward and the customer services team responsive when I uploaded my proof of NCB. Not experienced claims yet (fingers crossed I won't) so can't comment on that. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020
