Discussion of renewal

Telephoned today and went straight through to Eddie. He was super friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. He dealt with my questions and policy changes and renewal swiftly and smoothly. Eddie was amazing and a representative for an insurance company that I have renewed with twice now.
