Years of Satisfaction

I have insured with them for years and had to claim once, with good result. At first i phoned annually to make sure they insured exactly what I wanted, but recently have just automatically re-insured as it is a reasonable price, even after the claim. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Policy Expert the best for me

At the time I went with Policy Expert they were the cheapest for paying the bill over the year and I have renewed my policy a few times now and they are still the cheapest for me. Don’t know how they are for paying out on a claim because I haven’t had to make a claim from them. I have no complaints from using their policy. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Even I can use their website and it does exactly what it says it will. They must represent some of the best value on the market. Additionally they contacted me in plenty of time to study the market and consider my options. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Happy to recommend a previous customer

Purchased 3 months ago as a previous customer and I could not find a better rate or better cover for the cost despite searching for quite a while. All completed on line without human interaction and following payment my documents were instantly available for download. I have used the same company for a while now but always research for alternatives to ensure my premiums are not being artificially inflated. I am an older person so my risk factors may be lower but the house and contents are still higher value. I will remain with them as long as they continue to offer such good value for money. I have not needed to make a claim but this is usually where you find out how good your chosen company is. I feel confident that I will receive top of the line service despite the lower premium. Worth insuring with

Have stayed with policy expert for the last 3 years and have never had any problems. They only ever increase my insurance policy costs to match in line with inflation but it’s never a big jump in price. They include free extras as part of my package aswell. If I ever need them, they are easy to contact and sort any issues out quickly. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

My renewal with Policy Expert had gone up significan...

My renewal with Policy Expert had gone up significantly. After using a comparison site I called Policy Expert and they were able to better the other quotes I'd received. Annoying that the price had hiked in the first place, but I ended up with a premium I was comfortable with. Fortunately I've not needed to claim, so can't comment on the processing.
