Excellent service...so far

We only signed up for a Policy Expert homes and content policy last week so my experience to date is limited. However, I found the website very easy to use and I did have an issue as I mistakenly gave the wrong email address and therefore did not receive any confirmation. I phoned to clarify and got straight through to a customer assistant without waiting (very unusual in this day and age!) and she was extremely helpful and had resolved the problem in a couple of minutes. Efficient service and a good value policy

I had to renew my home contents insurance policy and to amend one detail. The assistant I spoke to dealt with the matter qickly and efficiently, and the policy came down in price. Reviewed on: 18th June 2017

Good service on phone

Bought this on the phone and was smooth. Very patient staff. Last year I was jacked by one of the seller, went face to face and end up paying double of what I got it at present. Hope if something happens and the process is smooth too. Reviewed on: 16th June 2017

Renewed despite cancelling!!!

We received the renewal and immediately cancelled it I was told that was fine and no money would be taken IV logged onto my bank to see they have taken £160 despite me cancelling the policy!!! Emailed no reply and no refund!! Reviewed on: 16th June 2017
