They are con artists. DO NOT USE!

They are con artists. Despite me giving all information they ask for the same thing again and again. Foreign HGV ran into me and 9 months later they have still not proved it and ate just going to roll over and give in, leaving me out of pocket. They do not care about customers or cost. They are liars and they steal your money don't allow...

They are liars and they steal your money don't allow them access to your bank details or they will reinsurer your car even after you've sold it. They don't ask just take the money and blame it on a comparison site. You don't use a comparison site to renew insurance with the same company. I was trading in my car and gave them the chance to insure my new car. But they wanted 3 times as much so I said forget it. As there was only a month left on my old insurance I couldn't get a refund but on the day I bought my new car privilege insured my old car for another year. It should have started when the old insurance ran out not a month early. They are liars and frauds and I'm going to drag them through the courts so they are ko longer allowed to deal with people's money. Reviewed on: 27th February 2024

They auto renew my car insurance even though I was scrapping the carci gave them a chance to insure the new car but they wanted silly money so I went with someone else. I couldn't cancel Reviewed on: 26th February 2024

Very very dodgy car insurance. Avoid if necessary

This Privilege insurance company is very unprofessional. Someone hit my car and Privilege tried to make money out of me instead of protecting me. They start making up stories like I owe them money. After confronting them they changed statements and eventually I ended the claim. After that they went to the third part involved and tried to get money of him as well. I was disgusted by their behaviour. They just a waste of time. Avoid if you can please before its too late. Reviewed on: 20th November 2023

Fraud company

poor older customer

very poor service i am 83 years old have been with privilege car insurancefor afew yearsthis year they increased my insurance from £691-36 to £1106-17 an increase of £414-81i have had no claims di 5000 miles a year with over50 years experience go thep would not put the price down when i talked to them on the phone my advice go elswhere you will get a better deal Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Shambles of an insurance company

Logged a cliam on behalf of manager and provided all information, staff refused to then discuss the matter even after manager had emailed to authorise me discussing this. Also Pratiksha refused to log a complaint or allow me to speak with a manager. Clearly just want to make it as difficult as possible to claim against one of their drivers. Since logging they have made zero contact with myself or my manager and its been over a month since originally logged. Reviewed on: 4th October 2023

Customer Service has gone down hill

After previously being able to be put through to the privilege legal department, this communication access has now been removed. You now speak to operators all around the world, who do not know the UK driving laws, and struggle to relate to your issues. Privilege have been unable to track down the driver’s insurance who caused an accident ; which should have been a simple process. Reviewed on: 26th September 2023

Total joke of a company

Strongly advise anyone to avoid . Said car insurance was set up there end was told direct debit was sorted . To then find out I was driving round uninsured. Proof of my call was there and no apology told to wait Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
