Avoid like the plague!!

Absolutely avoid this company, like the plague. Trying to withdraw your lump sum pension, what a joke!!, so far i am in week 11 in the process, and always an excuse, as to why letters are not sent, or returned forms are not actioned - Continually blame the Royal Mail. Communication is zero. Currently I have personal information, now lost, which is now leaving me open to fraud. All apologies are just shallow. The stress this company causes is just unbelieveable. Poor service and transfer process

Was forced to change company pension and transfer my previous one due to multiple costs, 4 times I have followed their process and it just doesn't work with out loads of work, poor secure email system, asking for the same information time and time again, I would stay away. Poor Payers

My pension withdrawal has been going on since February 2023 and still has not been paid out. They are quick to have your money but not quick to give it back. Still jot resolved. I would never invest in them or recommend anyone investing in them. I don't even want to give them 1 star let alone 10. Reviewed on: 4th August 2023

Extremely poor service

I had to initiate the start of my pension process as they never contacted me. I have made over twenty phone calls as they never contact me. They forgot to send paperwork out to be signed. It is now three months after my retirement date and have received one pension payment. I have been told that they have paid the back pay to my pension start date. But no money has been paid into my account. They don't respond to my emails and when I phone I get through to a call center. Their service is absolutely shocking with no respect for their customers. Delay in paying out my money

I applied to get some money from my pension pot in May..5 weeks later still not got any money .put in complaint but still nothing will be going to financial ombudsmen to get compensation for stress caused .regret ever putting my money in this company . Reviewed on: 20th July 2023

Worse Pension team in London

I am removing my Pension after 8 years. This must be one of the only pension firms to actually lose 2.4% of my pension amount. Just moving my funds to Scottish Widow Reviewed on: 17th July 2023

excellent friendly professional service

Had an excellent friendly and professional service from Jo Medford, when I asked for documents which they had provided to my current providers in 2018. Worst service ever

Wanted to draw down some pension, they have a stupid set up whereby you have to put money into a new plan, the old one still remains, then draw from that. Why. It creates nothing more than additional work for exactly the same outcome, the money can still grow. Then to cap it all off, they transfer all money to the new account, get it wrong and now I cannot access my money until someone decides to get off their backside and get it sorted. Sadly a complaint to the FCA will be done although they’re toothless also. Suggestion, stop making it so ridiculously stupid to get access to funds. Makes me worry whether my money hasn’t performed as well as others due to their stupidity, who knows. Avoid if you can. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023
