IT'S MY MONEY!

phone call after phone call. option after option. you have a list of 5 options BUT ALL require you buying another product to obtain any of the funds. My understanding, is that we are all allowed to draw down on our pensions once we turn 55 - not with these jokers. then add to injury, that since they purchased my old CIS pension, I've lost over £60,000 - DISGUSTNG! customer service

Nobody at Royal London seems to know what they are doing. I have spent two days being passed from pillar to post to get some information, that is when I am not on hold for half an hour and then give up. I still haven't been able to get any sense out of anyone. Shocking service. Reviewed on: 27th November 2023

Stressed

Put in for my personal pensions May 2023. After months of filling in paperwork .Then they wanted more and more info that I had already sent then finally given dates that it would be in my account . Very poor

How to loose £100,000 .

Transfer value of two old CIS pension policies tanked from 600 to 500 thousand in six months.No explanation on letters and only explained when contacted.They use the usual evening out on returns dodge ,I wonder if they applied that logic to thie salaries. Reviewed on: 16th October 2023

Friendly and Helpful

My old pension was bought by RLIa while ago and they have been very. helpful ever since, informing me when payments start and when they will increase. so much so that I have a small local Govt fund and I shall see if I can add this into the fund. Reviewed on: 14th October 2023

Avoid like the plague!!

Absolutely avoid this company, like the plague. Trying to withdraw your lump sum pension, what a joke!!, so far i am in week 11 in the process, and always an excuse, as to why letters are not sent, or returned forms are not actioned - Continually blame the Royal Mail. Communication is zero. Currently I have personal information, now lost, which is now leaving me open to fraud. All apologies are just shallow. The stress this company causes is just unbelieveable. Poor service and transfer process

Was forced to change company pension and transfer my previous one due to multiple costs, 4 times I have followed their process and it just doesn't work with out loads of work, poor secure email system, asking for the same information time and time again, I would stay away.
