Excellent life insurance benefit

Provides excellent life insurance benefits within the pension scheme if your unlucky enough to die whilst in service. This part was paid out quickly and efficiently. However, with the pension itself I was waiting and having to send excessive information. They did sort this out in the end though. Reviewed on: 20th May 2024

Disgusting

Inherited a pension over a year ago and still waiting for the income to be released. Terrible customer services and no call backs as promised. Spent hours chasing paperwork that had been sent numerous times. 14 months on received part of the amount as it had been incorrectly taxed. Promised I will receive the income asked for originally and the balance not holding my breath have lost all faith in them. Terrible company. Stay well clear of these muppets. poor service

was offered 72000 pounds as up lift two years told would make any difference if stayed with GAR and end term policy today the vaule on maturity is 58000 pounds stay well away from this company waiting times poor poor phone handlers and cocky managment with loads bad attiude Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

Appalling Customer Sevice

Customer service isn't great. Had zero response to email. Can't get through on the phone. Their interactive system isn't great, nor do they explain it to you. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful, had to keep calling back yo get help. Reviewed on: 13th February 2024

Terrible returns, policies and practices

Terrible returns, policies and practices. Difficult to use website and app. Changing investments or policy details was extremely challenging. I would have more in my pension if my contributions were literally kept under my mattress for the last decade. Reviewed on: 10th February 2024

Poor customer service experience.

Poor customer service experience. No help whatsoever trying to retrieve information regarding my previous pension scheme. Dealing through portal which is very difficult to use and totally not user friendly. Would not recommend. Reviewed on: 6th February 2024
