Appalling Customer Sevice

Customer service isn't great. Had zero response to email. Can't get through on the phone. Their interactive system isn't great, nor do they explain it to you. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful, had to keep calling back yo get help. Reviewed on: 13th February 2024

Terrible returns, policies and practices

Terrible returns, policies and practices. Difficult to use website and app. Changing investments or policy details was extremely challenging. I would have more in my pension if my contributions were literally kept under my mattress for the last decade. Reviewed on: 10th February 2024

Poor customer service experience.

Poor customer service experience. No help whatsoever trying to retrieve information regarding my previous pension scheme. Dealing through portal which is very difficult to use and totally not user friendly. Would not recommend. Reviewed on: 6th February 2024

Should have took my money to the bookies

December 2022 my pension pot stood at £43500 March 2023 my pension was at £35500 I lost 20%of my pension in 3 months no reason why still trying to sort things out through my pension advisor. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2024

Been robbed

Pension pay out date was 1st September 2023 it’s now January 19th 2024 still not received a penny just been told today my pension fund has jest lost 42 thousand pounds Reviewed on: 19th January 2024

Large loss of pension fund

No communication from royal London , took decisions on my pension without my knowledge ,when asked questions basically said tough ,lost over 35 % of my pension pot in 1year total disgrace . Reviewed on: 13th January 2024

IT'S MY MONEY!

phone call after phone call. option after option. you have a list of 5 options BUT ALL require you buying another product to obtain any of the funds. My understanding, is that we are all allowed to draw down on our pensions once we turn 55 - not with these jokers. then add to injury, that since they purchased my old CIS pension, I've lost over £60,000 - DISGUSTNG! customer service

Nobody at Royal London seems to know what they are doing. I have spent two days being passed from pillar to post to get some information, that is when I am not on hold for half an hour and then give up. I still haven't been able to get any sense out of anyone. Shocking service. Reviewed on: 27th November 2023
