Today Rosanna was extremely helpful and informative...

Today Rosanna was extremely helpful and informative regarding the process moving forward should we wish to apply for an extension to our self build draw down. This has helped us in choosing the best option should we require an additional sum of money to complete the build to our standards. However, the process itself seems rather drawn out and extensive for such a minimal amount considering the LTV% but i appreciate each BS has differing processes. Reviewed on: 30th September 2025
