Friendly and Efficient Service - Highly Recommended

Chose Saffron BS as we had our mortgage through them and it all went smoothly. Interest rates for savings were competitive. Excellent service when visiting to gather more information. Staff were friendly and informative. Seen quickly and given all the information and contact details we needed to go home and set up the ISA. Follow up contact was brilliant. Excellent products and service

Just taken out another regular savings plan because the products suit me perfectly. I have the App but opened over the phone as it was easy for me with a colleague at the other end and I had confidence in the service. John Paul was very helpful. Reviewed on: 30th November 2024

Polite and helpful

We were dealt with politely, and given us the info about savings that we were looking for. They have also offered and set up a meeting with an IFA, and explained their relationship to this advisor. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024

Good customer service retains customers.

As BT charges me 27 pence per minute to use my landline, your freephone number is key to me dealing with you. Your operator answered almost immediately.....good. She was able to answer all my questions ..... AND close an account for me. The closing balance went straight to my bank account. She didn't rush me. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024

Staff are always helpful, but when you send through a letter telling me my savings account has matured I never know what figure to put in the box as to how much to reinvest as I havent a clue as to what amount is in the account on maturity. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024

Consistently Reliable..

As ever I needed help as a dinosaur on technology unable to access all the info I wanted. As ever Saffron picked up my request and replied in detail to solve my issue within the tiime frame they promised. Accuracy and Reliability. Top Marks Reviewed on: 28th November 2024
