More Work to do

In places it is not as good as other building societies. The management should review other building societies and check what is available. For instant being able to print statements in PDF. Reviewed on: 18th July 2024

Better Deals Elsewhere.

Despite having an existing Saffron account, Saffron closed my member's account with them as apparently "I didn't have a relationship with them during the previous 12 months". Better deals - and more polite customer service - available elsewhere. Reviewed on: 18th July 2024

Online account

I set up an online account continuing the monthly internal transfer to a savings account, however it hasn’t gone through twice since the account was established. It has been transferred manually from the branch but the idea that it should go automatically was the reason it was set up in the first place. No one has yet explained why this hasn’t happened. SAVINGS ACCOUNT UP AND RUNNING

I opened an online savings account and found this to be straightforward. I already had an account with Saffron Building Society so that may have helped in the process. I was able to open the account quite quickly and it was easy to view the different documentation about the account. Good rate of interest with the account. Reviewed on: 18th July 2024
