I had a problem with my internet and was unable to complete online for a maturity of a savings account. KI phoned and was very pleased with the assistance I had with a member of your staff.He was friendly and understanding and did all that was necessary for me. Bad customer service.

Bad customer service. Not impressed. Was promised call back on three separate occasions but only had one from the last person I had to contact. I called three times to sort saffrons error of not sending me user id for over three weeks from account opening. Quite a hassle to keep on calling them and waiting so long in the queue to them not bothering calling and updating me. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2024

Changes to online access causing major difficulties!

In previous years I have found Saffron BS excellent but no longer. Since you changed your online access systems in late 2023 - early 2024 I am no longer able to access my accounts via my old Ipad and on my laptop my password is locked out, therefore I have to access by phone to carry out transactions. Your customer Service staff remain very helpful and pleasant but you really should review your online access facilities to ensure long standing customers remain with you and don't go elsewhere.
