Customer friendly and informative.

I have found Saffron Building Society to be extremely customer friendly. Whenever I’ve had occasions to contact them, they confirm what my reason for calling is and so verify that they know what my query/question is which is reassuring. I’ve always been given an answer with an explanation and then asked if my question has been addressed and if I’d like to ask anything else. That’s what l call first class customer service.
