Excellent customer service.

I've always found that Saffron staff deliver excellent customer service, clearly, helpfully and courteously, and that tradition was continued today in my webchat with Lewis Hemingway. i got in touch as I didn't get a reminder when my Bond was due to mature in December 25, so had to ask Lewis to arrange transfer of my savings to a new Fixed Loyalty Bond.
