Just received my renewal it has increased by more than double .Great difficulty contacting them to cancel and get written verification,, received verification without date... After considerable effort got through to them again once again received verification and they have cancelled it 25 days before its expiry ,I wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole. Good value car insurance. Excellent customer service. Easy to phone with a query and speak to a real person. Customer service assistants are always lovely. Very friendly and helpful.

Took out an annual travel insurance policy. Called to update with a medical condition and the advisor, lacking all empathy went through process and then... Took out an annual travel insurance policy. Called to update with a medical condition and the advisor, lacking all empathy went through process and then said the policy was cancelled. We were offered a much much more expensive trip only policy which we felt obliged to take. After a bit of searching afterwards were able to take out a similar annual insurance with Staysure which with this condition and cancelled the Saga policy. The advisor at Saga is as cold unhelpful and lacked any consideration for our situation. She kept us waiting on the phone for 10 minutes after telling us the policy was cancelled during which time we didn’t know if we would get our imminent holiday covered. Read more Read less
