Easy to contact and supportive.

I have had travel insurance with Saga and fortunately only had to claim once which was carried with ease. My home insurance is renewed annually and again carried out with ease although I have not had to claim so far. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020

An easy process from a company who were kind and considerate of my requirements.

Life isn’t always easy, especially as a pensioner trying to find the right products at the right price. I dread having to speak to people on the phone for hours trying to find what I want. The person I spoke with at Saga was ‘pleasant, kind an considerate’ , not something your usually associate with ‘being sold a product’. A huge bonus was when the renewal came it was less than the previous year.. I am certainly going to be staying with Saga for my home insurance and have encouraged my husband to consider then for his car insurance this year. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020

Paid out on wind damaged greenhouse quickly

After an expensive claim for a damaged septic tank, the following year sent out a surveyor to inspect a wind damaged septic tank & paid for its replacement within a week of seeing it. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020
