Saga provides home insurance policies that can cover buildings only, contents only or both combined.

Saga offers two levels of cover, Saga Plus and Saga Select. With Saga Plus, you can expect to pay the same price for two years if there are no changes, even after most types of claim. If you cancel during the two-year period, you won't be charged a cancellation fee, T&Cs apply.

I have been with Saga insurance for several years .

I have been with Saga insurance for several years and have been happy with the service. My yearly cost is competitive and the staff are available to help with any queries. When I have contacted the office they have always answered the phone promptly and I have not been on long waiting queues. When my annual fee is due i am reminded in plenty of time and the payment process is easy. Reviewed on: 27th August 2026
