Saga provides home insurance policies that can cover buildings only, contents only or both combined.

Saga offers two levels of cover, Saga Plus and Saga Select. With Saga Plus, you can expect to pay the same price for two years if there are no changes, even after most types of claim. If you cancel during the two-year period, you won't be charged a cancellation fee, T&Cs apply.

Helpful agents and good value for money

I've always found Saga to be good value and the agents to be very helpful. I had thought about switching to Co-op insurance but the agent I spoke to at Saga managed to find ways of reducing my premium so it was little more than I had been paying. Reviewed on: 27th August 2026
