An efficient service, manned by people not machines!

I have made use of Saga's travel insurance a couple of times, once when stranded in Italy for 4 days when our plane was cancelled, and more recently when a friend and I had to cancel our holiday to Sicily when she was taken ill. Each time the response has been prompt and efficient and I have been fully reimbursed. This compares very favourably to other insurers. Reviewed on: 8th October 2025

Fell ill whilst in Switzerland

I've just taken an annual travel policy with Saga having used them for a single trip policy in the past which I unfortunately had to claim on and was very impressed with the way they handled the claim.
