Good Value Travel Insurance

Renewed our Worldwide Travel Insurance policy with Saga recently. They still offer good value for money, even for pre-existing medical conditions. The policy also offers superior cancellation cover in comparison to other brands which was important for an upcoming trip to Thailand. Reviewed on: 18th August 2025

Health issues

Have some health issues which were graciously accepted by the Underwriter and I was happy to take a voluntary increased excess so an excellent product was agreed by both parties Reviewed on: 18th August 2025

Great travel with Sagathis year...

We travelled with Saga for the first time this year on one of their river cruises, we were so impressed with all the help we received during our travels with Saga, everyone was so helpful especially with my husband who is not very mobile. Very unsatisfactory Customer Service so far

We have been trying to sort out our claim for two months only being able to use emails which are never replied to and no telephone call to sort out matters arising. So we are now investigating the complaints process - I must say I am very disappointed as they market themselves on customer service which we are actually finding to be very poor. Saga's clear simply to use and a great offer
