Great Card - poor admin

0% Interest for 30 months plus a high limit is really useful; the best I found. But their website is terrible, sadly. Hard work viewing transactions, and I've found statement reminders are a bit hit or miss, plus the statements themselves aren't often published on time. Could do with a massive overhaul, and/or an app. Reviewed on: 15th April 2019

Grreat customer service

When checking my monthly bill, I noticed two interest charges (one after the other). They were both small amounts (below £5) but I was not expecting them as it was my last month of 0% interest. So I sent them an email asking for an explanation. They responded the next day with a explanation which showed that I was at fault but that they were going to reimburse me anyway. I was very impressed by the speed and generosity of their response. Definitely in my good books for a while. They just need to sort out their online banking interface hehe.
