Excellent customer care

Excellent customer care and very easy to get hold of. Incredibly quick to act if there’s any suspicious activity on your account and very helpful for day to day advice too. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

New overdraft balance

I've had previous issues with Santander in that purchases had not appeared or been taken from my available balance until a few days after the purchase making it hard to keep on top of my account. Since the government change to overdrafts where they now split them it is now a lot easier to read and keep track of. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020
