My santender account is good enough to use.

I find my Santander account easy to manage and I couldn't think of a better account to use being at university. When I opened my student account I was given an overdraft with 0% interest which doesn't need to be paid back until I finish university. Moreover, whenever I'm in need of assistance I always come off the phone or away from the branch feeling as though I have gained all the help I need in order to solve my problems. Easy - never had any issues.

Easy - never had any issues. Good service. Online banking works well. Visited branch once and got what I needed. My wife also has Santander and I moved across and got £200 welcome bonus which was nice. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

Santander in France

A BREATH OF BANKING FRESH AIR

Joined Santander about 16 years ago and have never failed to be impressed. No excuses, no fudging, no hard sell - just a friendly and efficient banking service. I have had other accounts elsewhere but none as good as this Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Been a customer for 20 years.

Been a customer for 20+ years. Very little rewards for that and main reason I haven’t change my current account is admin time. However app is good and easy to use, gets regular updates, and is laid out a lot better than other major banks. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026
