Easy to manage on computer and phone. User friendly interface enabling easy money transfers. Reviewed on: 5th January 2018

Excellent service

In store staff very helpful

I went to set up a basic current account after having issues doing it over the internet i went in store staff very freindly and set it up straight away for me very simple to use online banking Reviewed on: 9th November 2017

Basic account for basic service

You get what you pay for and with the basic your not paying for anything and you don't really get anything either. I would like to see more communication from local branches to their customers yet this only happens when large sums of money suddenly appear in the accounts. I know from personal experience.
