Great Bank

I have been with them for years, always find them great, even the call centres :) Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Not very good

Gave me an overdraft then demanded it back in full as I was using it too much! Also no interest on my wages and if I used the 123 account then I would earn £3.00 from my direct debits but it would cost me £5.00 for the privilege. Now changing banks Reviewed on: 7th February 2017

Bad service and so much charges

Not happy with them at all , they don't pay you any interest even if you have 10000 on your account but the charge you so much if you use little overdraft.. thieves Reviewed on: 6th February 2017

fantastic bank

santander has been my bank for over 15 years now,i have a current account a isa and my mortgage with them,customer services are absolutely brilliant,quick to sort out any problems ,i feel very secure with them and trust them 100% Reviewed on: 5th February 2017

Leaving due to no offer of improved account or reason to stay

Santander security

Ive got to say santander is the best bank out there for security, you need numerous passwords to even log into your account. I highley praise this bank for the security messures compared to all the other banks ive banked with. Reviewed on: 1st February 2017

Any problems phone them up and they are very helpful and very reasonable
