helpful cuastomer service

I went into the branch to deposit a cheque, I was in my electric wheelchair waiting in the queue to deposit the cheque at the counter when a bank employee came over, asked me what I wanted , took my details and the cheque and deposited the cheque for me. Not great if in financial difficulty

I have been charged soooo much for unauthorised overdrafts, direct debits missed etc, I have experience financial difficulty and Santander have not really reached out to help. They've had thousands off me in bank charges. Reviewed on: 29th December 2015

Great service and great customer service.

I've had an account with Santander for 4 years now and in my time I have come up with some problems like needing to take out more money than my daily allowance allows or even losing my cards. Through every problem I have had Santander have dealt with me very well, providing with a solution and helping to calm me down and reassure me that they would sort things out for me. A very helpfull bank

I have banked with Santander for over 30 years and during this time when using a branch or over the phone I have always what can only be described as outstanding customer service. Does the job, nothing more
