I love the banking app, it just works.

I love the banking app, it just works. I have everything I need at my finger tips. The text alerts are great you can deal with an issue before you get charged. Overall a great experience of now 17 years. Reviewed on: 9th June 2024

Glad I’m soon leaving.

Awful experiences most of the time. In making simple transactions in the bank the queues are disgusting. Staff stood around waiting for queue to get bigger before then serving. Security questions great but the incessant questions going way beyond are unnecessarily intrusive. Branches shutting down and basic things can’t be done in the machine and needs queuing for. Then having to repeat things over and over again because of lack of listening. Just overall never been a good experience with this bank. Glad I moved banks for most of my savings.
