My santender account is good enough to use.

I find my Santander account easy to manage and I couldn't think of a better account to use being at university. When I opened my student account I was given an overdraft with 0% interest which doesn't need to be paid back until I finish university. Moreover, whenever I'm in need of assistance I always come off the phone or away from the branch feeling as though I have gained all the help I need in order to solve my problems. After 45 Years Closed my Accounts Stole My Money

After opening up my first account in 1978 (Previously Abbey National they took it over) I went into Santander Bank to Pay in some cash however my Santander bank card would not work? So I went into the branch, and was told my account had been closed as it was dormant, I would need to get all my statements and call them, so I did. 3 weeks later the statements arrived by post, I called them and 3 of there phone numbers are not in service? I eventually spoke with a guy that told me that all 3 of my accounts have been closed, They did write to me, however all my money had now been given to charity! from my ISSA Savings and Current Account, How can they do this? I could not believe this. Its like putting your car in the Garage, and because you do not drive it for 14 months Audi Take it Back. Is this for real? Don't Trust Them at All. Excellent professional knowledgeable staff

A few recent interactions with my local branch where the team took the time to explain things to me in detail. I had a small issue and the staff couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. This reminded me why I have been a customer of theirs for nearly 40 years. Reviewed on: 6th June 2023
