Good customer service

Needed a new card as details were stolen. But this flagged as fraudulent activity and no money was stolen. Great client protection and a new card was sent straight away Reviewed on: 5th September 2017

No banks anywhere near me in big city

Tried to withdraw more than £500 from P.O. Needed Santander approval. Went home on phone for an hour waiting for assistance then waited for supervisor then waited while he tried to contact P.O. Couldn't get result. Back to post office who had confirmation but not enough money to give me what I wanted. IT'S MY MONEY!!! Reviewed on: 16th July 2022

ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR!

My access to online banking has been blocked. Have now been on hold for over an hour. PICK UP THE PHONE! Reviewed on: 9th July 2022

Losing out

Do not bank with santander

Made a transaction and blocked my account and blocked my card. Pervoiulsy had problems and advisor took me through security and unblocked and I could use my funds this Suleman very nasty rude unprofessional blocked and laughed. As Friday every no funds no service no help and very distressing and you work for tour money and these bank holding and blocking your account very nice experience Reviewed on: 1st July 2022
