Very good account with rewards

Very good account with rewards, but you do need to pay in a certain ammount each month, so not necessarily useful if you are retired. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2016

Handy cashback

For a small fee I can earn cashback on purchases. Reviewed on: 11th July 2020

Online banking bliss

It's not worth its monthly fee anymore

The only thing that makes me stay with Santander 1-2-3 are their Retailer's offers. I get some cashback through their which offsets my monthly fee. Other than that, the monthly fee makes this account completely irrelevant (after the reductions which are due to happen in August). I will possibly move to 1-2-3 Lite due to inertia, but more likely will move to another bank Reviewed on: 16th June 2020

Friendly Bank

I like the ease of use online banking app, the cash back you get on everyday spends from various retailers and if you ever have to visit a branch the staff are always friendly and well informed Reviewed on: 27th May 2020

Best current account

I have had the 123 account for about 4 years. I manage it online and receive cashback ever month. In this time, I have accrued over £400 in cashback. Any time I have contacted Santander they are extremely helpful and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2020
