Great Bank

One of the few banks that offer an account with a low minimum pay in each month, I have banked with them for over 40 years and never had a problem, their staff are always polite and helpful too. Unlike many others they also have a lot of high street branches too. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Wouldn't swap!

I have had the account for a few years now. I get interest on my account (unusual for a current account) and get paid for certain direct debits. They always seem to be ahead of the game in increasing the interest rather than waiting, like a lot of other companies. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Terrific Bank

Cash back on utilities, interest on current account, low monthly account charge and fantastic customer service at branches and by phone. It’s also the only bank I’ve found that gives all the aforementioned benefits and whereby you only have to pay in a minimum monthly amount of £500. I also love Santander Boosts. Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

Jump through various recorded messages then wait in excess of 20 minutes every time to speak with customer service who couldn't resolve my problem. Told to go into Branch. But you cannot ring any branch to make an appointment. Completely useless Bank. Reviewed on: 4th June 2024
