Had problems trying to close a savings account online..

Had problems trying to close a savings account as online navigation to do so not clear. A call to Scottish Building Society soon cleared the"fog" thanks to Rachel Speedie who quickly pointed me in the right direction and ensured my closure request was quickly dealt with.Clear message to Scottish Building Society,make closure requst more obvious. SBS is a fantastic building society.

SBS is a fantastic building society. A long history and a great savings rate. The staff are extremely helpful and the relationship centers provide that personal touch that is lackihg these days.
