In branch service review

The only wish I have is that the branch was open longer than 4 hours a day. Even though we are retired it is still hard to make the branch in opening hours especially as we go not live nearby. Reviewed on: 31st December 2025

Would have been useful to have the sort code and generic account number in the passbook or letter to pay in by bank transfer, rather than just in the book 'important information about your savings'. Reviewed on: 31st December 2025
