ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Shawbrook generally offers one of the best saving products in the market for the past 2-3 years. I have kept coming back for more accounts with them and already had about 5 accounts opened with them. Customer service is excellent because I normally get in touch with one of their staff within a few clicks and short wait time.
