ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

New ISA set up and transfer in

I used Shawbrook to set up and transfer in , an ISA from another provider. I used them because their rates were very competitive. The process was all done online which i found very easy to navigate and understand and it was all completed very satisfactorily. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Easy to navigate website / app
