Shawbrook for my savings - YES!

Really easy to use the web site to start a new savings account and then it is at a really competitive interest rate too. Excellent telephone customer help line with a quick response if any guidance is needed. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Nothing is too much trouble.

Whenever I have had a problem which with my brain it happens a lot. I am always looked after by helpful staff when I ring. I had a slight stroke last year so it is on my records. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

I have recently opened my fixed rate cash isa back in August and the interest rate was the best in the network. I can see easily each month the interest that my money has accrued.
