Brilliant banking experience.

Brilliant banking experience. I can budget so much better now. Easy, safe... Can't fault it. I expect some customers might miss the cheque facility but personally it's a great bank and so pleased I switched 2 years ago, having heard the founder tell her story on the radio. A helpful bank

I was a little worried about joining a bank that was fully online but every time I've had an issue they've been helpful very quickly and the problems have been resolved. There's lots of ways to use the account and I feel like I understand my money and savings thoroughly. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

I love the Starling app.

I love the Starling app. I think it’s very user friendly and I use the savings pots all the time. I always recommend it to my friends and family. The only thing I think could be better is the in and outgoings into pots not displaying in your listed balance or a way of minimising it otherwise it looks like you have lots of transactions on a day when you were just moving lots of money around. Excellent app, fair fees, modern but a REAL bank

I've been using Starling as my main account for 5 years or so. I'm happy to be with a forward-looking bank whose service just works, every day of the week (no strange delays or transaction dates at weekends), but lets you pay in cheques (by photo) and cash (at the Post Office) for those occasional needs. I've had very little trouble though have contacted by in-app chat (and once by phone, when both my card and phone were stolen) and was happy with the service. App features such as Spaces and multiple accounts for contacts have been mainstays for years and other banks are only just starting to catch up to some of them. Together with entirely fee-free abroad usage (no limits) and in-credit interest recently bumped, I'm happy that Starling give a generous offering, great control of my finances, and everything I could expect from a traditional bank when I need it. Its very good

I'm 64 and Starling is only the second bank account I have ever had that seems to work for me. It offers me everything I need now and is always available. Since I discovered I can withdraw cash at the Post Office it is even better because my local PO is 500m down the road. I also find the Euro account particularly useful. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Starling is more efficient and helpful

Since joining Starling Bank due to the fact that NatWest closed in the Village where I live the service I now receive is so much better. In fact Service couldn't be better and as a result I couldn't be happier. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
