Starling and my security

Started banking with Starling last year and get alerts when money is taken from my account. Up to date with my balance and great help if any suspicious events occur. I was given notice of a withdrawal that was fraudulent and Starling helped me block the intruder Reviewed on: 19th May 2024

Simply great banking with Starling

Simply great bank which was recommended to me and which I recommended to a couple of friends who are using it as well. Love the various saving options, great exchange rates with no additional charges, the speed or money transfers, the fact I can add notes to some transactions which is useful when abroad to recognise them later. There are so many features, some of which I don't use yet/still. Standard banks have a lot of catching up to do to become as flexible and friendly in terms of managing banking via application! Avoid Starling for these reasons...

this bank will constantly freeze your account and ask you where your money if from. the daily cash withdraw limit is also very low and cannot be changed. doesnt seem like a serious bank to me Reviewed on: 4th May 2024
