I had been with TSB for about 40 years, recently my account was constantly hacked, I couldn't set up Internet banking no matter what I did. Joined Starling after my daughter advised me & had absolutely no problems since. Superb & would recommend to everyone. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Great online bank

To be honest I was wary of just an online bank then I realised most banks do Not have a high street presence now anyway! This bank answer me queries ( yes if I call them) and are so professional. I love the helpful way the layout of the app is done - it’s clear what you spend and why- I actually love this bank! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Very userfriendly and very helpful staff!

I switched to Starling a year or so ago and I haven't looked back. App is super easy to use and when I was having a problem getting google pay to work I phone up and the person I spoke to was lovely and very helpful and explained things well and didn't make me feel like an idiot. so happy I made the switch Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
